Our skincare is produced in small batches and prepared to order, allowing us to maintain quality while minimising unnecessary waste.

As a result, delivery may take a little longer than standard retail shipping.

Returns

We hope you love your Souvent-Ici products. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be:

- Unused 

- Unopened

- In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
